Green Book

In Peter Farreley's Oscar® Winning Best Picture from 2018, Pixel Magic provided VFX on set supervision with Raymond McIntyre as overall VFX Supervisor, and Victor DiMichina as on-set Supervisor. We oversaw this project from its shoot in New Orleans, all the way through post and final delivery. Pixel Magic was able to leverage its Louisiana presence to allow the production to receive the state's tax incentives. We provided crowd enhancements, composites, CG environment extensions, CG bridge, CG cars, and head replacements to make it appear that Mahershala Ali was playing the piano.
