In Lionsgate's comedy About My Father, Pixel Magic provided on-set supervision, supervised plate shoots, composites, CG helicopters, CG tennis balls, and terrain modifications to alter seasons. Even though the film was shot in Alabama, Pixel Magic was able to provide the production company with work that was covered by Louisiana's tax incentives as it met the minimum spend requirements.
